Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using any Bulkio service (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must not use the platform.

2. Plans and Subscriptions (Free and Pro)

• Bulkio Free: Allows unlimited workout logging, template management, and personal-record tracking at no cost. Includes an initial quota of trial messages with the AI Coach.
• Bulkio Pro: A paid subscription tier that unlocks unlimited conversations with the Coach, advanced fatigue analytics, and autoregulated recommendations.

3. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Bulkio Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

• No lock-in commitment: You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from your profile or the Stripe billing portal.
• Active period: When you cancel, you keep access to all Pro features until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for.
• Data integrity: If you move from Pro back to Free, all your workouts, records, and history remain 100% safe and accessible in your account.

4. Appropriate Use and Account Security

You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not to use the service for fraudulent or abusive purposes, or to intentionally overload the platform's infrastructure through unauthorized automation.

5. Service Availability

We strive to guarantee continuous, smooth availability of Bulkio. However, the service may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance or causes of force majeure beyond our reasonable control.
