1. Our Privacy Commitment

At Bulkio, we handle your training, health, and nutrition data with the utmost confidentiality. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not trade in your biometric or athletic-performance history.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect the information necessary to give you the best training and physiological-analysis experience:

Identity and account: Email address and credentials managed through our secure identity provider (Clerk).
Training data: Exercises, sets, reps, loads (kg/lbs), RPE, RIR, notes, and saved templates.
Body metrics: Daily bodyweight logs, 1RM estimates, and muscle-volume tracking.
Nutrition (optional): Calorie and macronutrient targets logged by the user.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

Let you manage your routines, calculate your progressive overload, and view strength analytics.
Power the AI Coach's inference engine so it can answer your questions with an empirical basis in your actual history.
Manage your active subscription and secure transactions through Stripe.

4. Providers and Secure Storage

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 in secure data centers:

Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL with encryption and strict Row-Level Security policies).
Authentication: Clerk (secure session management and two-factor authentication).
Payment processing: Stripe (Bulkio never has access to or stores your credit card data).
Artificial intelligence: Google Cloud / Gemini API (user data sent during queries is processed under enterprise confidentiality agreements and is never used to train third-party base models).

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user, you have the full right to:

Access and export: You can view and export your training history at any time.
Erasure (right to be forgotten): You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated records from the settings panel or by writing to support.
Withdrawal of consent: You can disable advanced analytics features whenever you want.
